Smoothies, Nikes, Fro-yo, Flowers

This post is coming in just under the wire! I have 13 minutes left of Wednesday, so I’m hoping to still squeeze it in under the deadline 😉

My favorites from the last week:

  1. First up is this delicious smoothie I made containing: banana, spinach, cashew milk, and Philosophie Green Dream powder. So yummy! I had to take it on the go, so I threw it in a little Mason jar. 🙂IMAG0542
  2. I made this for dinner the other night and it actually only took me like 10 minutes to throw together. If you prep your grains and proteins for the week, it makes throwing these meals together a lot easier. I already had the chicken and rice cooked, so I heated them up and threw some lettuce, pomegranate seeds, blueberries, and sunflower seeds together for a tasty salad and had some pineapple coconut water to go with it all.
