Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with monkey salad.


Lunch: Taco salad 🙂

Dinner: Made a salad with my leftover chicken from the stuffed peppers with spinach and avocado!

    You have many recipes with bananas and I have always heard different things on bananas on whether they can cause more belly fat or not. What is your take?
